2. Information collected and purpose
| Account information | Email, name, nickname, gender, date of birth, and country. Used to create and identify an account and provide the service. |

| School and learning information | School code, class connections, quiz attempts, answers, scores, and review history. Used for learning records, class operations, and teacher results. |
| Technical and access information | IP address, browser language, access and error logs. Used for security, abuse prevention, incident response, and reliable operation. |
3. Processing and retention
We process personal information only as needed to provide and secure the service. We aim to delete or anonymize it when an account is deleted or the purpose is completed, except where retention is required by law. School learning records may be retained further under the school’s operating policy and educational purpose.
4. External services and uploaded materials
We may use specialist providers for email delivery, server operation, and AI or voice generation where necessary. AI and voice generation may process educational text and materials submitted by teachers or staff. Do not include sensitive student information or unnecessary personal data in uploaded materials. We do not sell personal information.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or help with your account information. For school accounts, class and assignment information may also need to be confirmed with the relevant school administrator or teacher. Send requests to the contact above.
6. Security and changes
We operate reasonable safeguards including access control, protected transmission, and access-log management. This policy may be revised when the service or applicable law changes. Revisions and their effective date will be posted on this page.
