2. Accounts and responsibility

• Keep account information accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
• Minors must use the service with the guidance and consent process required by a parent, guardian, or school.
• School administrators and teachers may manage class, assignment, and result data for educational purposes.

3. Learning content and permitted use

• Textbook self-study is a personal practice record and is separate from official school assignments and evaluations.
• Teacher assignments may be governed by availability dates, attempts, time limits, and class rules.
• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or bypass access controls for questions, audio, video, textbook information, or service screens without permission.

4. Uploaded materials and AI features

Upload only educational materials you are authorized to use. Do not upload sensitive student information or unnecessary personal data. A responsible teacher or staff member must review AI- or voice-generated results before classroom use or publication.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using another person’s account, fraudulent attempts, automated bulk access, or result manipulation
• Disrupting the service or probing and exploiting security weaknesses
• Posting or uploading materials that infringe copyright, privacy, likeness, or other rights
